Read-Eye: A chromo-simulator which uses metamerism to emulate a huge range of colours. Read-Eye can be used to: Find a patients best performance colour; simulate the effect of illuminants; simulate tinted glasses with and without illuminants; evaluate tints for driving; test tinted glasses

Optopraxometer: Incorporates a number of tests including convergence under different illumination and filters. This provides measurements that the optician can use to confirm efficacy. Computer emulator. 7 + tests. Variable light types: fluorescent, tungsten and daylight.

T-test: The T-Test can be used to evaluate a patient’s plane of vision and “non-concomitant” phorias by evaluation of the perceived plane of skew. It can be used to show a measurable difference in perceived image space. Dyspraxia, autistic spectrum disorders and other conditions will often demonstrate modification with clinically prescribed filters.

The Report Generator
The Report Generator is an integral part of the ORTHOSCOPICS system. This software package is an integrated questionaire and report writer. Its questions which will guide the optician in ascertaining the problems encountered by the patient allowing for more accurate prescribing and advice.
